Welcome to our Real Estate Maintenance & Management Application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how SND TECHNOLOGY ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application.

By using our App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect different types of information to provide and improve our services to you:

2.1 Personal Information You Provide

When you register for an account or use our App, we may collect the following personal information:

• Full Name (first name and last name)
• Email Address for account authentication and communication
• Mobile Phone Number for account verification and sending one-time passwords (OTP)
• Password (stored securely using encryption with salt hashing)
• Language Preference (English or Arabic)
• User Role within the organization (Manager, Owner, Tenant, etc.)

2.2 Property and Service Information

As part of using our property management services, we collect:

• Property Details including organization name, project information, building/block details, unit information, and property addresses (manually entered by users)
• Lease Information such as lease agreements, rental amounts, payment schedules, and tenant details
• Service Requests including maintenance requests, descriptions, status updates, severity levels, and assignment information
• Uploaded Files and Images such as photos of property damage, floor plans, or documents related to maintenance requests

2.3 Device Information

When you use our App, we automatically collect certain device information:

• Device Type (Android or iOS)
• Device Token (Firebase Cloud Messaging token) for push notifications, which is deleted when you log out

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be transparent about what we do NOT collect:

• GPS Location Data - We do not track your physical location. Property addresses are manually entered by users
• User Behavior Analytics - We currently do not track app usage patterns or user behavior
• Contact Lists or Photos - We do not access your device's contact list or photo library without your explicit permission

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

3.1 To Provide and Maintain Our Services

• Create and manage user accounts
• Authenticate users and verify their identity
• Process and manage property information, leases, and service requests
• Enable communication between property managers, owners, and tenants
• Store and manage uploaded files and documents

3.2 To Communicate With You

• Send you one-time passwords (OTP) for account verification and security
• Send optional push notifications about service requests, updates, and important information (only if you opt-in)
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests

3.3 To Improve Our Services

• Understand how users interact with our App
• Diagnose technical problems and improve App performance
• Develop new features and functionality

3.4 To Ensure Security and Legal Compliance

• Protect against fraud, unauthorized access, and security threats
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

4.1 Data Storage

We take data security seriously:

• User Data is stored in secure databases with encryption
• Passwords are hashed and salted using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms
• Uploaded Files are stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure
• Device Tokens are deleted automatically when you log out of the App

4.2 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Secure transmission of data using encryption (SSL/TLS)
• Access controls and authentication mechanisms
• Regular security assessments and monitoring
• Role-based access control to limit data access to authorized personnel only

However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our App:

• Firebase (Google) - For push notification services only. Firebase receives device tokens and notification content when you opt-in to receive notifications
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) - For secure file storage and hosting
• Local SMS Gateway Provider - For sending one-time passwords (OTP). Only your mobile phone number is shared for this purpose

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us and are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders, government agencies) to:

• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect and defend our rights or property
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the App
• Protect the personal safety of users or the public

5.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice in our App of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

6.1 Account Deletion

Important: When you delete your account, all your personal information, property data, service requests, and uploaded files are permanently deleted from our systems immediately. This action cannot be undone.

Currently, account deletion must be requested by contacting our support team (see Contact Information section). In future updates, we plan to provide an in-app option for self-service account deletion.

6.2 Data Retention Policy

We are actively developing a comprehensive data retention policy. Once implemented, it will detail how long different types of data are retained and the procedures for automatic deletion of inactive accounts. We will update this Privacy Policy when the data retention policy is finalized.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have certain rights regarding your personal information:

7.1 Access and Update

You can access and update most of your personal information directly within the App by logging into your account and visiting your profile settings.

7.2 Push Notifications

Push notifications are entirely optional. You can opt-in or opt-out of receiving push notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App settings. When you opt-out, your device token is removed from our system.

7.3 Account Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal information. To request account deletion, please contact us at info@aqar360.sa. We will process your request and delete your data immediately.

7.4 Data Portability

Currently, we do not offer a data export or portability feature. This functionality is planned for future updates. In the meantime, if you need a copy of your data, please contact our support team.

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at info@aqar360.sa. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information from our servers.

9. International Data Transfers

Our App is primarily intended for users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your information may be stored and processed in Saudi Arabia or in other countries where our service providers operate. By using our App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

10. Future Updates and Analytics

We may implement additional features in the future to improve our services:

10.1 Analytics Services

We may integrate analytics services such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics in future updates to help us understand how users interact with our App. If we implement analytics, we will update this Privacy Policy to provide details about the data collected and how it is used. You will be notified of these changes.

10.2 Crash Reporting

We may implement crash reporting tools (such as Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry) to help us identify and fix technical issues. These tools may collect information about your device and app crashes. We will update this Privacy Policy if we implement such tools.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will:
